I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that starting out, or starting up again can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We will perform a movement assessment, analyze your lifestyle and resources, and create your individualized fitness plan.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and movements and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I am NASM certified for Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Most plans consist of a personalized monthly exercise progression that is tailored to your workout environment and your current condition. Home, office, park, or full gym and hybrid programs. Or purchase a grab-and-go program without assessment. Also included is healthy eating tips and stretching instruction, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new lifestyle habits is difficult and often times takes many tries. my goal is to keep you on track, so your aspirations become your reality. I strongly believe that small daily differences will lead to long term success. We can come up motivation, discipline, and "hacks" together, that keep you putting one foot in front of the other!
Certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training. This cert needs to be renewed every two years, so continuing education and keeping up on the latest science in fitness is crucial to maintaining my credentials.
My background is in a science heavy field, and I know from personal experience that results come from proven methods.
I've spent countless hours of my personal time studying and testing fitness methods. I know what works for myself, and I have picked up many methods along the way to keep in my tool belt for you.
I am recently vegetarian, so this means studying the amino acid profiles (protein building blocks) of foods I consume and making the best choices for building and maintaining muscle mass.
I am not a young inexperienced social media influencer. Those people are glitzy and pretty, but they start life not knowing what a metabolism is, and they have not experienced the thought of a cheeseburger making you gain 5 pounds.
I am not flashy, and I actually dislike social media. Put in the work and results will speak for themselves.
I believe in function over form. I have been around the block. I have lived many lives and I know first hand that prioritizing the gym can be challenging.
I am realistic when it comes to your goals. Habit change and diet change can be daunting. Doing it all at once can lead to freezing up, burning out, and giving up. Together we will map out a progressive plan and get you moving towards the healthier self that you are after.
